Contact point under the Digital Services Act

CasePit hosts content created by its members and is therefore a hosting service under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act).

For recipients of the service (Art. 12 DSA). Write to [contact email address]. Messages reach a person, not only an automated system. You can also use the Report option on any post or comment, which is the faster route for content notices — see Terms § 6 for what happens after you send one.

For authorities (Art. 11 DSA). Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us electronically at the same address, or in writing at the postal address above.

Languages. Communication is accepted and answered in German and English.

Illegal content and injunction orders

Orders to act against illegal content (Art. 9 DSA) and orders to provide information (Art. 10 DSA) can be sent to the contact address above. We confirm receipt without undue delay and inform the issuing authority of the effect given to the order.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Posts and comments on CasePit are authored by community members, not by us. We remove unlawful content when we become aware of it — every post and comment carries a report option, and notices can also be sent to the email address above.
